Sean M. Conrey is an assistant director in the Project Advance program at Syracuse University, where he also teaches in the English and Textual Studies department. His chapter “Gaming Between Civic Knowledge and Civic Know-How: Direct Engagement and the Simulated City” recently appeared in Play/Write: Digital Rhetoric, Writing, Games (Parlor Press 2016) and his first full length book of poems, The Word in Edgewise, was published by Brick Road Poetry Press in 2014.
